     ศาลชั้นต้นพิจารณาแล้วพิพากษาว่า จำเลยที่ ๑ มีความผิดตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา ๒๘๙ (๔) ประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความอาญา มาตรา ๑๕๐ ทวิ วรรคสอง พระราชบัญญัติอาวุธปืน เครื่องกระสุนปืน วัตถุระเบิด ดอกไม้เพลิง และสิ่งเทียมอาวุธปืน พ.ศ. ๒๔๙๐ มาตรา ๗ ๗๒ วรรคหนึ่ง ประกอบประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา ๘๓ การกระทำของจำเลยที่ ๑ เป็นความผิดหลายกรรมต่างกัน ให้ลงโทษทุกกรรมเป็นกระทงความผิดไปตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา ๙๑ ฐานร่วมกันฆ่าผู้อื่นโดยไตร่ตรองไว้ก่อน ให้ประหารชีวิต ฐานความผิดตามประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความอาญา มาตรา ๑๕๐ ทวิ จำคุกหนึ่งปี ฐานใช้อาวุธปืนและเครื่องกระสุนปืนโดยไม่ได้รับใบอนุญาต จำคุกหนึ่งปี แต่เมื่อลงโทษประหารชีวิตจำเลยที่ ๑ แล้ว จึงไม่นำโทษกระทงอื่นมารวมอีก‎

     Having conducted a trial, the court of first instance renders the following sentence: The 1st Defendant is guilty under the Criminal Code, Section 289 (4), the Code of Criminal Procedure, Section 150 bis, Paragraph 1, the Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives, Fireworks, and Artificial Firearms Act 1947, Section 7 and Section 72, Paragraph 1, in conjunction with the Criminal Code, Section 83. The acts done by the 1st Defendant constitute several and separate counts, for each of which the Defendant needs to be punished in accordance with the Criminal Code, Section 91. As for the count of premeditated murder conspiracy, the Defendant is given the penalty of death. As regards the count under the Code of Criminal Procedure, Section 150 bis, the Defendant is imposed with imprisonment of one year. With respect to the count of using unlicensed firearms and ammunition, the Defendant is dealt with by imprisonment of one year. But as the 1st Defendant is to be put to death [for the first count], the penalties for the other counts need not to be included any further.

• The term is only applied to a distinct portion or provision of a national law, especially an act, constitution, or decree. That of an international law is called ข้อ ‎(kɔ̂ɔ). That of a nation's subordinate law or local legislation is also called ข้อ ‎(kɔ̂ɔ). For example:
