1. (historical) an honorific given to a chief concubine of a monarch.

Notes

Under old Thai laws, a male monarch could have four chief concubines, called สนมเอก ‎(sà-nǒm-èek). The four were given the following noble titles: อินสุเรนทร์, ศรีสุดาจันทร์, อินทรเทวี, ศรีจุฬาลักษณ์.
