呉牛月に喘ぐ (hiragana ごぎゅうつきにあえぐ, romaji gogyū tsuki ni aegu)
From Literary Chinese. From 世說新語/言語, where it appears as "臣猶吳牛，見月而喘". Literally "water buffalo pants in the moon", as if the moon were a hot sun.
