     何人も、公務員の不法行爲により、損害を受けたときは、法律の定めるところにより、國又は公共團體に、その賠償を求めることができる。

     Every person may sue for redress as provided by law from the State or a public entity, in case he has suffered damage through illegal act of any public official. (Article 17)

     刑事被吿人は、すべての證人に對して審問する機會を充分に與へられ、又、公費で自己のために强制的手續により證人を求める權利を有する。

     [The accused] shall be permitted full opportunity to examine all witnesses, and he shall have the right of compulsory process for obtaining witnesses on his behalf at public expense. (Article 37.2)
