Etymology
From Proto-Albanian*tāslā, from *tēkslā, from Proto-Indo-European*tekÞ- 'to weave, to hew'. Cognate to Latin tēla(“cloth”), Old High German dehsala(“axe”), Slavic *tesla[1].
