1. The assault, undressing and groping of a woman by men in an aquatic setting.
   • 2007, Jeff Wiltse, Contested Waters: A Social History of Swimming Pools in America, The University of North Carolina Press, page 212:

     "In dozens of separate 'whirlpooling' incidents, groups of teenage boys surrounded a girl in the water, tore off her swimsuit top and then grabbed her breasts."

2. (brewing) A method of separating the trub from the wort, involving centrifugal force.
