zur Genüge

1. (dated) enough, a sufficient amount

   Wir haben uns noch nicht zur Genüge mit diesem Thema beschäftigt.

   We haven't yet concerned ourselves with this topic enough.

2. (idiomatic) more than enough; more than one can bear; too long a time

   Ich hab mir dein Geschrei jetzt zur Genüge angehört.

   I've listened to your screaming too long now.

Usage notes

Originally, zur Genüge means “enough” in accordance with the literal sense of the words. In contemporary usage, however, it is most often employed in the negative sense defined under 2.
