- (obsolete) A vestibule, foyer, anteroom.
- (modern) A corridor, hallway, hall.
- (by extension) A corridor: a narrow strip of land connecting a state to an area or to the sea.
Usage notes
- In addition to the plural forms מִסְדְּרוֹנוֹת and מִסְדְּרוֹנוֹת־ given above, the plural forms מִסְדְּרוֹנִים and מִסְדְּרוֹנֵי־ are attested as well; they are much less common, however.
