คนเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ • ‎(kon-sà-mʉ̌ʉan-rái-kwaam-sǎa-mâat)

1. (law) quasi-incompetent person: person whose legal capacity is limited and is placed under guardianship due to physical or mental infirmity, prodigal or roguish habits, addiction to alcohol, narcotics or intoxicants, or other similar causes which prevent him from managing his own affairs or lead him to manage them in a manner detrimental to himself or his own family.
