สุรา • ‎(sù-raa)

1. (formal) a distilled or spirituous beverage, as brandy or whiskey, as distinguished from เมรัย ‎(mee-rai), a fermented beverage, as beer or wine.
2. any alcoholic beverage.
   • Luo Guanzhong (1330–1400), Romance of the Three Kingdoms, translated into Thai by Lord Minister of Finance (Hǒn Bun-lǒng) (?–1805):
