2. a hook used for handling large fish in a fish store or market, or for handling packages or freight, with a handle of some 30 centimeters with a hook on the end
3. a hook used by fishermen to help lift large fish, consisting of a hook on the end of a long pole
4. (weaponry) alternate name for a tekkō kagi, a Japanese hand weapon
