1. variant form of -σύνη ‎(-súnē) (used sometimes for third-declension nouns)
   • μάντι-ς > μαντ-οσύνη‎

     mánti-s > mant-osúnē

     diviner > divination

   • ἡδύ-ς > ἡδ-οσύνη‎

     hēdú-s > hēd-osúnē

     sweet > pleasure
