1. Suffix appended to words to create an agent noun, indicating a person who does (or a thing that does) something.

   bréag ‎(“lie”) + ‎-adóir → ‎bréagadóir ‎(“liar”)

   dath ‎(“color”) + ‎-adóir → ‎dathadóir ‎(“colorist, dyer, painter”)

   gúna ‎(“gown, dress”) + ‎-adóir → ‎gúnadóir ‎(“dressmaker”)
