- This two-handed ASL sign is produced as follows:
- Posture the nondominant hand in the “open B” handshape about half an arm's length in front of the center of the trunk (typically with the upper arm hanging straight down from the shoulder, the elbow bent at a right angle, and the forearm pointing diagonally ahead from the elbow), nondominant palm facing up. Posture the dominant hand in the “1” handshape at the mouth, extended finger(s) of the dominant hand pointing up.
- Move the dominant hand in an arc upward, then forward, then down onto the base of the nondominant palm.
- Posture the nondominant hand in the “open B” handshape about half an arm's length in front of the center of the trunk (typically with the upper arm hanging straight down from the shoulder, the elbow bent at a right angle, and the forearm pointing diagonally ahead from the elbow), nondominant palm facing up. Posture the dominant hand in the “1” handshape at the base of the nondominant palm, ulnar (little-finger-side) edge of the dominant hand down.
- Bounce the dominant hand up, then forward, then back down to the tip of the nondominant palm. Optionally bounce multiple times along the path from palm base to tip.
- Posture the nondominant hand in the “open B” handshape about half an arm's length in front of the center of the trunk (typically with the upper arm hanging straight down from the shoulder, the elbow bent at a right angle, and the forearm pointing diagonally ahead from the elbow), nondominant palm facing up. Posture the dominant hand in the “1” handshape at the tip of the nondominant palm, ulnar (little-finger-side) edge of the dominant hand down.
