- Posture the nondominant hand in the “open B” handshape on the nondominant side of the chest, nondominant palm facing back. Posture the dominant hand in the “open B” handshape on the dominant side of the chest, dominant palm facing back.
- Repeatedly brush both hands up and off the chest, returning to the chest after each brush.
- Posture the nondominant hand in the “open B” handshape in front of and beside the neck, nondominant palm facing back. Posture the dominant hand in the “open B” handshape in front of and beside the neck, dominant palm facing back.
