1. Used other than as an idiom: See come and into.

   Please come into the living room.

2. (transitive) To inherit (money).

   After his father died, he came into a large fortune.

3. (transitive) To be a factor in.

   Money doesn't come into it.

4. (transitive) To enter the initial phase of; to commence.
