• Some modern authors prefer the epicene term craftspersonship to the feminine craftswomanship and the masculine (though traditionally considered gender-nonspecific) craftsmanship; nevertheless, in common usage, craftsmanship is over a myriad times more common than craftspersonship.^[1]
