Either from Proto-Albanian *tśōr-, from Proto-Indo-European *ḱeh3-(i-) 'to sharpen, whet'[1], or from Proto-Indo-European *derə- (“to tear, tear apart”) (compare Ancient Greek δέρω (dérō, “to skin”), Old English teran (“to tear, lacerate”), German zehren (“to consume, misuse”)).
