Usage notes
Not all animals called "wallaby" in English are vallabi in Finnish. Some are kenguru (“kangaroo”) (genera Dorcopsulus, Lagostrophus, Macropus and Onychogalea) or mala (genus Lagorchestes). The taxonomic genus Macropus contains kangaroos, wallabies and wallaroos.
