zeg maar

1. an expression that indicates the speaker's hesitation (e.g. unable to find a precise word to describe an idea) or simply as an expletive between two phrases or ideas; roughly equivalent to the English phrases you know, like, let's say

   Ik voel me raar vandaag, zeg maar gewoon verdrietig.

   I feel weird today, you know, just sad.

2. in other words
