鳴門巻き ‎(hiragana なるとまき, romaji narutomaki)

1. A type of 蒲鉾 ‎(kamaboko, “fishcake”) that is white on the outside with a pink spiral pattern on the inside. Prepared in loaves or rolls, then sliced and added to dishes as a garnish.
