   զարդ‎ ― zard ― ornament, embellishment

   զարդարեմ‎ ― zardarem ― to adorn

   մեծ‎ ― mec ― great

   մեծարեմ‎ ― mecarem ― to honor, to venerate

   արդ‎ ― ard ― shape

   արդար‎ ― ardar ― just

   մութ‎ ― mutʿ ― dark

   մթար‎ ― mtʿar ― black, smutty

Etymology 2

From the root of հարկանեմ ‎(harkanem), with the loss of հ- ‎(h-). Compare the pair փողահար ‎(pʿołahar) - փողար ‎(pʿołar).
