     וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר׃ שְׁלַח־לְךָ אֲנָשִׁים וְיָתֻרוּ אֶת־אֶרֶץ כְּנַעַן אֲשֶׁר־אֲנִי נֹתֵן לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אִישׁ אֶחָד אִישׁ אֶחָד לְמַטֵּה אֲבֹתָיו תִּשְׁלָחוּ כֹּל נָשִׂיא בָהֶם׃‎

     vay'dabér YHVH 'el־moshé le'mór. sh'lakh-l'khá 'anashím v'yatúru 'et-'érets k'ná'an 'asher-'aní notén liv'néi yis'ra'él 'ísh 'ekhád 'ísh 'ekhád l'maté 'avotáv tishlákhu kol nasí vahém.
     wayədabbēr YHWH ʾel-mōše lēmōr. šəlaḥ-ləḵā ʾănāšīm wəyāṯū́rū ʾeṯ-ʾéreṣ kənáʿan ʾăšer-ʾănī nōṯēn liḇənē yiśrāʾēl ʾīš ʾeḥāḏ ʾīš ʾeḥāḏ ləmaṭṭē ʾăḇōṯāw tišlā́ḥū kōl nāśī ḇāhem.

     And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying: ‘Send thou men, that they may spy out the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel; of every tribe of their fathers shall ye send a man, every one a prince among them.’
