The Court finds that love accrues from heart, not from compulsion. True love is goodwill towards the one a person loves, gladness when the loved one is glad, forgiveness when the loved one does something wrong, and the sacrificing of one's own happiness for the happiness of the one loved. The Defendant, however, wanted to take possession of the Deceased for the Defendant's own sake. When the Defendant was disappointed by her, the Defendant killed her. This is not love, but a crime. Such an action done out of the Defendant's selfishness and self-indulgence without considering the heart and mind of the Deceased is also a mistaken notion which is truly harmful to the society. For these reasons, even though the facts could be established according to the Defendant's final appeal, it can never be deemed that the Defendant had seriously and unjustly been oppressed by the Deceased.
