ประดิษฐาน • ‎(bprà-dìt-sà-tǎan) ‎(abstract noun การประดิษฐาน)

1. to place (used of exalted, holy, or sacred persons or things, or at, in, on, around, etc., an exalted, holy, or sacred office, position, or place).
   • ให้ประดิษฐานนางไว้ในที่มเหสี‎

     hâi bprà-dìt-sà-tǎan naang wái nai tîi má-hee-sǐi

     She shall be installed in the position of queen consort.

   • ประดิษฐานพระไว้ในอุโบสถ‎

     bprà-dìt-sà-tǎan prá wái nai ù-boo-sòt

     To place a Buddha image in the preaching hall.

2. to bring into being, build up, set up, or establish (used of exalted, holy, or sacred things).
   • ประดิษฐานพระระเบียงสามหลังไว้ในวัด‎

     bprà-dìt-sà-tǎan prá-rá-biiang sǎam lǎng wái nai wát

     To erect three cloisters within the temple.
