- A brownish-black pill used in traditional Chinese medicine "to support the healthy energy and consolidate the essence, to nourish yin and kidney, to address diuresis in the treatment of frequent micturition, precipitant urination, urinary stuttering, hematuria, chronic prostatitis, and hypertrophy of the prostate".
