Etymology
Composed of the stem vowel -ո- (-o-) and the Proto-Indo-European postposition *-dʰy(V) or *-gʰ followed by a front vowel. Compare Ancient Greek -θι (-thi) in οὐρανό-θι (ouranó-thi, “in heaven”).
Ačaṙean connects with -ջ (-ǰ) in գեղջ (gełǰ) and calls it an “augmentative genitive-dative marker”.
