Transliterates the Arabic neologism جماهيرية ‎(“[state] of the masses”), which derives from جمهورية ‎(jumhūriyya, “republic”) by changing the first element, جمهور ‎(jumhūr, “public”), to its plural form, جماهير ‎(jamāhīr, “the masses”).
