naive falsificationism ‎(uncountable)

1. An invalid scientific philosophy in which any single instance of refuting data is enough to falsify the entire claim.

   Under naive falsificationism, the birth control pill would be considered as ineffective since there are instances (3 in 1000) in which it does not work.
