1. in, inside (something)

   Έιναι μέσα στο δωμάτιο.‎ ― Éinai mésa sto domátio. ― He is inside the room.

2. in, through (a situation)

   Έζησα μέσα στις κακουχίες.‎ ― Ézisa mésa stis kakouchíes. ― I lived through hardship.

3. in, through (involvement)

   Είναι μέσα στην ομάδα μας.‎ ― Eínai mésa stin omáda mas. ― She is in our team.

4. into

   Βάλε τις αποσκευές μέσα στο αυτοκίνητο.‎ ― Vále tis aposkevés mésa sto aftokínito. ― Put the luggage in the car.

5. within, before

   Θα σε πληρώσω μέσα σε ένα μήνα.‎ ― Tha se pliróso mésa se éna mína. ― I will pay you within a month.

6. during

   μέσα στον επόμενο μήνα‎ ― mésa ston epómeno mína ― during the next month
