พระราชกฤษฎีกา • ‎(prá-râat-chá-grìt-sà-dii-gaa)

1. (law) royal decree: decree issued by the monarch by virtue of a legal provision. Abbreviation: พ.ร.ฎ. ‎(pɔɔ-rɔɔ-dɔɔ).
   • 1932, รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรสยาม พุทธศักราช ๒๔๗๕:

     มาตรา ๕๖ พระมหากษัตริย์ทรงไว้ซึ่งพระราชอำนาจที่จะตราพระราชกฤษฎีกาโดยไม่ขัดต่อกฎหมาย‎

     mâat-dtraa hâa-sìp hòk prá-má-hǎa-gà-sàt song wái sʉ̂ng prá-râat-chá-am-nâat tîi jà dtraa prá-râat-chá-grìt-sà-dii-gaa dooi mâi kàt dtɔ̀ɔ gòt-mǎai

     Section 56 The king shall be invested with the royal prerogative to enact royal decrees which are not contrary to laws.

     [Section 3]...The queen consort shall bathe with a silver shower, shall have a royal chariot, shall have a regiment of men and women, shall have a hall of images, shall have a hall of audience, shall be entitled to feasts and parties, shall be paid homage by government officers every trut and sāt, shall use royal decrees, shall have sanom chief officers, elephant chief officers, and horse chief officers, and shall have protection boats and procession boats.
