1. Alternative form of ar (indirect relative particle)

Usage notes

This form is found in older texts after certain vowel-final prepositions, e.g. faoi n-ar ‎(“under/about which”), i n-ar ‎(“in which”), le n-ar ‎(“with which”), ó n-ar ‎(“from which”). In modern texts these forms are written as single words: faoinar, inar, lenar, ónar.
