1. Contraction of σε την ‎(se tin, “to the”).

   Μας πήρε στην τράπεζα. (We took it to the bank.)

   Κοιμόμασταν στην Κόρινθο. (We slept in Corinth.)

   Το ξενοδοχείο στην Κόρινθο. (The hotel at Corinth.)
